About
I was born and raised in beautiful Southwest Germany, where I also earned my master’s degree in Musicology and Music Informatics at the Hochschule für Musik Karlsruhe.
Always having been passionate about video games and electronic music, I developed my enthusiasm for sound design through internships at Twelvegames, Dynamedion and BOOM Library – one of the world’s leading companies for high quality sound effects and game audio.
As a freelance Sound Designer, I have been working for the School of Sound Switzerland and was involved in several different projects, including SoundMorph Spaces, Portals and Sampletraxx Cinematic Zither, gradually turning my passion into a profession.
In 2016, I joined BeamNG as the only Sound Designer in the team to help develop “the most impressive physics engine you’ve never seen”. Other titles I have been working on include Anno 2205, BOOM Library Cinematic Horror and Virtual Foley Artist.
